Lore [Concept]

On the [Barrow Moors](../../../journey/barrow-moors.md) the dead are restless. The Hearthfolk say the barrows of Velmarch's kings open on windy nights, and their households walk the road in shrouds, looking for the court that never came to join them. The Grave Mantle is said to be woven from those shrouds.
